FAQ/Shop Policies

Shipping: 

Orders ship in 1-3 Business days. Due to COVID-19 orders may ship in 1-5 Business days if necessary. 

 

Rush Orders/Rush Shipping:

I am almost always able to fill rush orders! Please send me a message/email including which item and your time frame so that I can confirm and have you approve cost of rush shipping. Email: Aubrey.Emi@gmail.com. Instagram: @aubrey.emi.designs

 

Custom and Personalized Orders: 

I may need to contact you for additional details or clarification, please remember to check the e-mail you included at check out. Depending on the case, if I don't get a response I could cancel your order or continue on with my best judgement.

Personalized orders are non exchangeable/refundable.
However if you make a mistake on your personalization (e.g.: wrong name or date) please contact me immediately. If it's not too late, I will happily make any corrections before the shipping.

Returns & Refunds:
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order when it arrives so I can make it right! :) 
◆ Prints are packaged to arrive safely. However if prints are damaged during delivery, replacements will be resent for free. 
If you receive a damaged package please contact me as soon as possible. 
Please keep the envelope and all pieces of the damaged print. I’ll ask you for some pictures before sending a replacement for what arrived damaged.
◆ Lost item: I will gladly replace all lost prints with the exact same items you order in first place at no extra cost. (no address, text or subjects change)
➔ Please note I'm not responsible for in case of wrong or incomplete addresses or for order with tracking number marked as delivered.
Shipments are considered lost after 30 days in Italy; 60 days in Europe , USA & Canada and 90 days in the rest of the world.
General Returns and Cancelations: 
I take pride in my work and put 100% into what I do. However, if you're not satisfied with your order, the item to be returned must be returned in it's original unused + re-sale-able condition. It must be returned with original tags/packaging/etc.  Please make sure item is properly packaged to arrive undamaged. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refund will take place as long as item has been returned in re-sale-able condition. Expedited and tracked shipping services are not eligible for a refund. Please note: items that have been altered from its original state or are damaged will be not refunded.
Process: 
1) Contact me at Aubrey.Emi@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. 
2) Ship items back within 7 days of of email. (Return postage is the buyers responsibility please email proof of mailing.)
3) Refund will be issued via original payment method within 12 days of receiving the returned item.
To request a cancelation please email me at Aubrey.Emi@gmail.com within 12 hours of purchase.

Items that can't be returned: 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Items on sale
  • Commissions
